Anybody thinking she is improving?

Now she hasn't got Shabby fanning her ego, encouraging her to indulge in some of her less desirable character traits and isolating her from the other hms, she is being forced to engage with the rest of the hms and to be more tolerant and considerate. The change in Keever's behaviour is appealing, and given she seems to be one of the more thoughtful members of the group I think the house would suffer for her loss. Having a rather cold, acidic character around the house makes it more interesting.

Perhaps Keever's experience in the house demonstrates a general failing of the human character, if people can behave selfishly and self-indulgently without suffering negative social consequences then they will do just that.

I'm really liking Caoimhe as a housemate now. She's unafraid to be direct with people and act on her personal principles. She may tend to see the negative, rather than the positive in people, but I think she's honest with herself - which is why she had trouble with Dave refusing to discuss his beliefs. I think she believes that if you hold certain beliefs, you shouldn't be ashamed to discuss them. She's loyal to her friends and doesn't really engage with people she doesn't like, which is another form of self-honesty, even though this attracts her nominations each week and she's up for eviction repeatedly as a result. She also doesn't conform to the BB stereotype of female attractiveness, yet I think she's stunning. I like her personal style. I'd be sorry to see her leave.

I quite liked her too in the end after initially dismissing her as a self-absorbed, disdainful bitch who sought membership of a clique so that her bile for others would have a sympathetic audience. Recall that even Shabby had to reprimand her for bitching about other hms and her disparaging signals to Ife over her dancing.

Her cool, calculating and distant demeanour which was never going to endear her to the other hms and "her honesty" in not "engaging with others she does not like" was, as you say, always going to result in her being constantly nominated.

I am still not absolutely sure whether this "honesty" was genuine honesty that could not be compromised or simply a haughty contempt and disregard for others and their opinions.

Her change of behaviour after the loss of her clique, Shabby and Ife, and willingness to engage with others suggests she was prepared to compromise her natural behaviour and engage and tolerate others she didn't care for, but perhaps she couldn't bear this burden indefinitely and therefore had to leave.

She didn't so much dislike others, rather she seemed to disregard them, and people seem to be even more offended by being disregarded than disliked.

Her stand against Dave and his religious drivel will always mean she has some approval from me.

I think she was hounded from the house by Josie. I watched the live feed a few nights ago and Josie was going on constantly to anyone who'd listen, about Keeva supposedly coming on to JJ when she knew that Josie fancied him. Then a couple of days later I followed a link on DS which showed that Josie was carrying on in this vein the following day too, pounding on and on, on the same subject to others in the bedroom, at length. The others in the house really seem to have been saturated in this view and in my opinion, couldn't help but turn against Keeva - except for JJ.
