I agree with much of Anita's analysis, and the Maria's nap is irrelevant to the main issues. I think the Northern woman who offered to do the finances, even though she couldn't, had to go, she was inept in all things, including expressing herself competently.

Anita makes some interesting and valid comments about the approach how employess should adopt when they feel they have suffered some injusitice or lack of appreciation.

And Anita devotes her piece almost entirely to the popular theme of the moment and raised by Lauren's comments about being attractive: attractive women and their supposed burdens. She does come to the correct conclusions though

Anita makes some good points about the flaws in the last task which focussed purely on measuring profit, yet Sugar demanded that they produce a gourmet product. Anita seems to be a little disatisfied with some elements of the current Apprentice and I think she is right. The assessment of performance should be more than just profit, particularly considering the tasks don't really reflect real business situations.
