Bloody awful. I could not have booted her out fast enough.

Her exit interview with that woman and Dom Joly! What on earth was that all about? What a load of psychopop that was. Where did she train? The cereal box top School of Psychology?

What I dislike about her most was her deluded view of the world and a refusal to answer any question put to her. When she was asked a question about why she initially took a dislike to Saffia, she immediately offered the bus stop incident when Saffia approached her to ask why she had called Saffia boring. This incident was of course not in the initial stages of their mutual dislike and therefore completely irrelevant. Stupid bint!
